  • Discuss key areas of hospice coding for cancer & non-cancer diagnoses
  • Recognize correct coding of four case studies

SESSION 5: September 22, 2015

Top 10 Clinical Documentation Issues in ICD-10       

Objectives:

  • Identify the most common areas of coding mistakes for home health and hospice
  • Describe documentation requirements for the top 10 diagnoses
  • Recognize correct coding of four case studies
