When Developing Your Emergency Plan:
- Consider that every agency’s plan is different, but the outcome should be the same; the HHA can perform and respond as seamlessly as possible, performing at optimum level, meeting patient and community needs.

Is Your Agency Prepared for an Emergency?
In June of 2015, the Home Care Alliance presented an educational session on emergency preparedness, reviewing its emergency prep manual and demonstrating a table-top drill designed to help agencies review their existing disaster plans, identify needs, gain skills, and familiarize players with roles, functions, and plans.
