The threat of workplace violence is very real in all industries and work environments. However, recent studies show that healthcare workers face an increased risk of work-related assaults resulting primarily from violent behavior of their patients.  While much of the violence is attributed to psychiatric wards, emergency rooms and long term care placements, home health care workers also are at risk of violence in the workplace. This webinar will look at both the common and unique risks home health care workers face and provide managers and their teams with a framework for a workplace violence prevention action plan that is equally commitment to the safety and health of workers and patients.

Presenters: Marybeth Rhodes, RN MN CPHRM and Thomas P. O’Neill, MS MLIS, Hanover Insurance

Please Note: This webinar will NOT be available as a recording
