Kate Watkins from the Fair Labor Division of the Office of Attorney General Maura Healey will present an overview of MA law regarding worker rights, including the new Domestic Workers Bill of Rights law, the new Earned Sick Time law, and a general overview of wage and hour laws.  Her presentation will include responses to a list of questions the Alliance’s Private Care Advisory Committee submitted to the AG’s office regarding specific provisions of the Domestic Workers law, however, she may not be able to address how the law would apply to specific situations.

$25 or 25% cancellation fee, whichever is more, between 7 days and 24 hours of event. No refund for same day cancellation or no-show. Refund assumes registration paid in advance. Unpaid registrations remain payable, adjusted only for approved cancellation as above.
