Certified Agency Membership
A Certified Agency provides home care, home health, and/or hospice services in Massachusetts, and has been certified to accept Medicare and Medicaid payment. Additionally, it directly hires the majority of its caregivers and clinical professionals.
These agencies may accept other forms of payment as well.
Certified dues are based on your agency's home care, home health, and hospice revenue in the state of Massachusetts* for the most recent fiscal year. Non-certified revenue streams are factored separately, and at a reduced rate. The formulae to calculate dues are shown on page 5 of the application.
For small and new certified agencies, annual dues may be as low as $1,850.
The Alliance's membership year runs from July 1 to June 30 of each year. We typically pro-rate by the quarter.
* Agencies who do no business in Massachusetts pay the minimum for certified agencies.
