Alliance Staff
Jake Krilovich has been the Executive Director of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts since January 2022. With over a decade of experience in health policy and advocacy, Jake has a proven track record of leading initiatives that enhance care services and influence health policy at the state and national levels.
Jake collaborates closely with the board of directors to set the Alliance's goals, strategic direction, and policy frameworks. He initially joined the Alliance in 2017 as the Director of Legislative & Public Affairs, where he was instrumental in advancing legislative initiatives and strengthening stakeholder relations.
His commitment to health advocacy was further demonstrated during his tenure as the Director of Advocacy and Public Policy at the National MS Society's Greater New England Chapter, focusing on key policy issues that impact individuals with multiple sclerosis.
Jake's experience extends to his time at ZERO - The End of Prostate Cancer, where he managed government relations and coordinated operations, significantly contributing to the organization's mission to end prostate cancer. His early career included legislative experience in the U.S. House of Representatives in the office of Representative Tim Walz and for State Senator Karen Spilka.

Colleen Pierro is the Director of Regulatory & Clinical Affairs at the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Since joining the Alliance in 2012, Colleen has been pivotal in advocating and assisting on clinical and hospice issues, coordinating the Alliance’s clinical committees and interest groups, and helping members navigate managed care and insurance matters.
Colleen’s entire career has been dedicated to home health care, with extensive experience as a field clinician, supervisor, manager, and director. She is widely recognized as an expert in home health regulations and brings a deep understanding of the operational and clinical realities of home care providers.
In her role, Colleen liaises with regulatory bodies at both federal and state levels, providing critical information, education, and advocacy on clinical and regulatory issues that impact the Alliance’s membership. She monitors state and federal regulatory activities, forecasts their impact on the home care industry, and prepares recommendations and reports for the Board and members. Colleen also designs and presents clinical and regulatory seminars at state and national levels, represents the Alliance on community and regulatory advisory boards, committees, and work groups, and collaborates with clinical educators and other healthcare organizations to elevate awareness of home health care as a clinical specialty.
Harrison Collins is the Director of Legislative & Public Affairs at the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Joining the Alliance in 2022, Harrison is responsible for drafting legislation, lobbying on Beacon Hill and in Washington D.C., and managing public affairs. His role is pivotal in shaping and advocating for policies that support the home care industry.
Harrison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from James Madison University, where he graduated in 2016. His education and experience in political science provide a strong foundation for his work in legislative affairs and public policy.
Janetsy Diaz is the Administrative & Member Services Assistant at the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Since joining the Alliance in 2022, Janetsy has been responsible for reception, office administration, and member services. Her role involves ensuring efficient office operations and providing exceptional support to the Alliance’s members.
Janetsy is self-motivated and passionate about her work, always ready to take on new challenges and advocate for herself. She excels in prioritizing and planning, which helps her continually strengthen her skills and abilities. Janetsy is ambitious and eager to expand her skills and knowledge, striving to implement them in her everyday role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Leslie Hammond is the Director of Membership & Marketing at the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Joining the Alliance in 2023, Leslie is responsible for membership recruitment and retention, marketing, communications, publications, and technology. Her role includes creating and implementing strategic communications plans, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing community outreach efforts.
Leslie’s extensive experience in communications, marketing, and membership management make her a key asset to the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Her strategic approach and dedication to community outreach and member engagement contribute significantly to the Alliance’s mission.
Additionally, Leslie represents the industry at the local, state, and federal levels. She develops publicity materials, arranges and markets various speaker series, coordinates awareness campaigns, and serves on community boards.
Cynthia's responsibilities include the coordination of the workshops and conferences to meet the educational needs of the Alliance's members.

Phillip Dunn is the Accountant at the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Since joining the Alliance in 2022, Phillip has been responsible for managing the full accounting process, from financial statement preparation to audit. His role ensures the financial integrity and transparency of the organization.
With over seven years of professional experience, Phillip is a proactive expert in accounting, project management, and customer service. He leverages his skills to add significant value to the Alliance, consistently delivering accurate and timely financial information.
